Our Crew

Our team of instructors and PTs at Ayo Fitness, lead by Ayo founder Damola Akinyemi, are here to make sure you get the most from your workout or fitness class. With many qualifications and years of experience between them, when you sign up for an Ayo Fitness gym membership, you know you’ll be getting your money’s worth.

As well as special membership for our brothers and sisters serving in the military.
