A high intensity class utilizing a variety of strength training equipment. Students work at their own pace, gaining technique and proper form. Interval training is designed to keep your heart rate elevated throughout the duration of the class.

Cycle/Spinning is a combination of Indoor Cycling (SPIN), Cardio and Core work all in a one-hour training session! This innovative training, concentrates on transforming the Mind, Body and Spirit. Developing a signature training technique which combines functional and traditional methods of working the body. A complete combination of Strength Training, Cardiovascular Conditioning and the Core.

Ayo Fitness Boot Camp is an exciting 8-week program that will challenge you using Crossfit, Zumba and a variety of sports.

Incorporates targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio workout with the use of toning sticks (lightweight, maraca-like sticks). Enhances rhythm, tones arms, abs, glutes and thighs.
