Strength & Tone


A low impact toning and sculpting class using free weights and body weight. This class consists of a variety of exercises that target the entire body. Emphasis is placed on core, stability, resistance and strength training. Cardio incorporated on occassion.

Cycle Remix


Cycle/Spinning is a combination of Indoor Cycling (SPIN), Cardio and Core work all in a one-hour training session! This innovative training, concentrates on transforming the Mind, Body and Spirit. Developing a signature training technique which combines functional and traditional methods of working the body. A complete combination of Strength Training, Cardiovascular Conditioning and the Core.

Incorporates targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio workout with the use of toning sticks (lightweight, maraca-like sticks). Enhances rhythm, tones arms, abs, glutes and thighs.

A fun, aerobic workout choreographed to various genres of music including Salsa, Barchata, Hip Hop, Reggae, Soca, and Juju. Dance moves vary from low impact to high intensity moves. This is a great cardio workout!
